Meet and befriend our cows Biscoff, Ivy, Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather. Free entry into the farm for the day of the session ticket 5 free daisies *subject to availability
Take as many photos and videos as you like!!- Any parent that needs to bring a child needs to have a carer to look after the child as no babies or children below 8yo are allowed in with the animals
- Time in the pen with the animals will be guided by our staff, pen time will be approximately 22 minutes per couple/family.
- An adult ticket must be paid for with all child tickets purchased.
- All children ticket holders must be supervised by an adult ticket holder ticket at all times.
- Ticket holders will be assigned a cow to bond with and will be given free time to bond with the other highland cows for the 15 minutes towards the end of their session.
-Food for hand feeding will be provided by Glenbernie Family Farms, no outside feed is to be given to the animals.
-If you are running late for your session, the session will still only run until the scheduled end time and will not be extended.
The below waiver will need to be completed for each participant, when you arrive at the farm, before you begin your experience.
Waiver and Release of Liability for Participation in Cow Patting and Brushing Experience -
Glenbernie Family Farm
1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and understand that participation in the Cow Patting and Brushing Experience with Highland Cows at Glenbernie Family Farms (hereinafter referred to as "the Farm") involves inherent risks associated with interacting with animals. These risks may include, but are not limited to, unpredictable behaviour by the animals, injury, or damage. I understand that Glenbernie Family Farms does not have control over the behaviour of the animals and cannot guarantee their actions toward participants.
2. Eligibility and Supervision
By signing this waiver, I confirm that all participants, including myself and any minors, are over the age of 8 years. I understand that Glenbernie Family Farms holds no responsibility for children and that all participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure appropriate supervision and behaviour of minor participants.
3. Code of Conduct
I agree to conduct myself and ensure that any minors under my supervision conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and suitable towards the animals and the experience. Glenbernie Family Farms reserves the right to terminate the experience for any participant whose behaviour or is deemed unsuitable or disruptive to the animals. Such participants will be asked to leave the Farm immediately without a refund.
4. No Refund Policy
I understand and accept that there are no refunds for the Cow Befriending Experience. Spots for this experience are filled quickly, and as such, all payments made are non-refundable.
5. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Cow Befriending Experience, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Glenbernie Family Farms, its owners, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the experience, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
6. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glenbernie Family Farms from any and all claims, demands, actions, or suits arising out of or related to my participation in the Cow Befrending Experience.
7. Governing Law
This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Glenbernie Family Farms is located.
